| 摘 要： | ＂十一五＂期间,安徽省农产品加工产业发展迅猛,对当地的经济发展和农村剩余劳动力就业起到了巨大的支撑和推动作用。但通过对安徽省农产品加工业较为集中的亳州市谯城区、六安市、宿州市近30家国家、省或市级农业产业化龙头企业进行调研发现,与发达国家及国内先进省份相比,存在着产品自主创新能力较差、产品标准体系不健全、高新技术应用缺乏等,其中高新技术应用的缺乏体现在原料安全无法解决、保鲜灭菌技术缺乏、产品检测手段落后、废弃物无法综合利用等方面。 |

| Abstract: | During "The 11th Five-Year Plan",agricultural products processing industry has developed rapidly in Anhui Province,which plays a great role in local economic development and rural surplus labor employment.However,through investigation on nearly 30 national,provincial or municipal agricultural industrial enterprises in Qiaocheng district of Bozhou city,Lu'an city and Suzhou city where processing industry prospers,it is found out that compared with the developed countries and advanced provinces,Anhui Province still lacks behind in aspects like innovative ability,product standard system and high technology application.Among them,the inadequacy of high technology application lies in problems of raw material safety,sterilization technology,testing method,waste utilization and other related areas. |
