麻疯树(Jatropha curcas)叶浸提液对万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L.)幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的化感影响

摘    要:[目的]研究麻疯树叶浸提液对万寿菊幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的化感影响,揭示麻疯树对林下植物的化感生理机制。[方法]对麻疯树叶浸提液对万寿菊幼苗的生长、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Proline)和抗氧化酶系统的影响进行研究和分析。[结果]与对照相比,麻疯树叶浸提液加入土壤后,明显抑制了万寿菊根和茎的生长;在叶浸提液中,万寿菊根中的O2-、H2O2、丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量升高,且浸提液浓度的增加而增加;另外,麻疯树叶浸提液在较低浓度时,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性无显著变化,而在较高浓度时,SOD酶活性明显增加;所有浓度的叶浸提液都显著增加了万寿菊根中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,且随着浓度的增加而增加。[结论]麻疯树能释放化感物质进入土壤,抑制植物的生长和生理,改变植物群落组成和结构。

Allelopathic Effects of Jatropha curcas Leaf Leachates on Seedling Growth and Antioxidative Enzymes in Tagetes erecta L

Abstract:[Objective] This study was to investigate the allelopathic effects of J.curcas leaf leachates on seedling growth and antioxidative enzymes,and thus to reveal physiologically allelopathic effects of J.curcas trees on undergrowth plants.[Method] The allelopathic effects of leaf leachates of Jatropha curcas amended into soil were determined on the growth,proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) contentas well as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),guaiacol peroxidase(POD) in roots of marigold(Tagetes erecta) seedlings.[Results] The application of leaf leachates of J.curcas in the soil significantly inhibited the shoot and root length of marigold compared to un-amended soils.The leaf leachates increased the O-2,H2O2,MDA and proline content in the roots of marigold seedlings.The effects increased with the ascending of leaf leachates concentration.In addition,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and guaiacol peroxidase(POD) were not remarkably affected by the leachates at lower concentrations,but at higher concentration,SOD activity was ascended.Similarly,the activities of CAT and APX were also significantly increased with the increase of leachates concentrations.[Conclusion] These results show that J.curcas can release the phytotoxic compound(s) into soil,which are inhibitory to certain test species by interfering with physiological process.
