摘    要:为了解入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花在营养生长初期对不同光照强度和土壤养分的反应,利用盆栽控制试验,将由根茎繁殖出的植降低了光合活性并积累显著较少的生物量。养分供应的高低未对所测定的光合相关性状产生显著影响,但较高的养分供应有利于高光条件下的生物量积累。光照强度是影响加拿大一枝黄花营养生长初期的重要因子,中、低光照条件可能会限制其入侵;而养分供应影响有限,加拿大一枝黄花营养生长初期对土壤养分状况适应性很广。株置于3个光照水平和3个养分水平组合的9种处理下,测量其叶片气体交换性状和叶绿素含量,并收获植株测量生物量。结果显示,高光强显著提高了叶片净光合速率和表观羧化效率,降低了胞间CO2浓度和叶绿素含量,提高了全株生物量积累,中、低光照条件显著

Responses to Light Intensity and Nutrient Supply of Invasive Plant Solidago Canadensis in Early Vegetative Growth Stage

Abstract:To know the responses to light intensity and nutrient supply of the invasive plant Solidago canadensis in the early vegetative growth stage,a potted experiment with rhizome-propagated plants subjected to 9 treatments combined with three levels of light intensity and three levels of nutrient supply was conducted.Characters of gas exchange,chlorophyll content,and plant biomass were determined.High light intensity significantly enhanced net photosynthetic rate and apparent carboxylation efficiency,decreased intercellular CO2 concentration and chlorophyll content,and increased biomass accumulation.Photosynthesis and accumulated biomass were significantly depressed under medium and low light intensity.Nutrient supply had no significant effects on measured photosynthesis-related characters;however,higher nutrient supply improved biomass accumulation.It indicated that light intensity was an important factor in the early vegetative growth stage of S.canadensis,and medium and low light intensity might limit its invasion.No or only narrowly significant effects of nutrient supply were detected on measured characters,which indicated that S.canadensis could adapt a wide range of soil nutrient conditions in the early stage of vegetative growth.
