| 摘 要： | 目的]研究马尾松花粉量对球果出种率的影响。方法]在种子园的Ⅴ和Ⅲ大区随机抽取8个无性系,研究不同马尾松花粉量下球果的出种率。结果]在马尾松撒粉期和授粉期,花粉量增加能够提高马尾松的产种量。马尾松种子园Ⅴ与Ⅲ大区随机抽取的8个马尾松无性系附近花粉量有显著差异,但是在不同授粉量下球果出种率无显著差异。结论]马尾松花粉量对球果出种率影响不大。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effects of pollen count on the weight percentage of seed in cone of Pinus massoniana.Method] Eight clones were randomly selected from Ⅴ great area and Ⅲ great area in seed garden to study the weight percentage of seed in cone under different pollen count.Result] The increase of pollen count could increase the seed production of Pinus massoniana when the trees were at pollination period.There were significant difference of the pollen count among the randomly selected eight cones,but the variance of the pollen count did not lead to significant difference of the weight percentage of seed in cone of trees.Conclusion] The pollen count did not affect the weight percentage of seed in cone much. |
