摘 要: | [目的]确定锯缘青蟹黄水病致病菌的病原。[方法]对从患黄水病的锯缘青蟹体内分离出的28株致病菌株进行培养、形态鉴定、生理生化鉴定和人工感染等试验。[结果]分离出的菌株均为弧菌科细菌,其中嗜水气单胞菌12株、辛辛那提弧菌8株、副溶血弧菌5株、温和气单胞菌3株。[结论]4种菌株均为青蟹黄水病的病原菌,其中嗜水气单胞菌为优势种群。

Isolation and Identification on the Pathogens of Grasserie from Scylla serrate |

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to determine the cause of pathogens of Grasserie from Scylla serrate.[Method] Based on isolated and identified 28 strains of pathogenic bacteria from Grasserie of diseased Scylla serrate,the isolated strains were cultured,morphological identification,physiological and biochemical identification and artificial infection tests.[Result] The isolated bacteria are Vibrionaceae: 12 strains classified as A.hydrophila,8 strains classified as V.cincinnatiensis,8 strains classified as V.parahemolyticus and 3 strains classified as A.sobria.[Conclusion] The 4 isolated strains were Grasserie pathogens,including A.hydrophila was the dominant species. |
