摘    要:采用ALE(ArbitraryLagrangian-Eulerian)方法对气体环流生化反应器的流场进行数值计算和模拟,考察了1块和3块挡板对反应器内液体流动和传质的影响,得到了一些可供以后研究参考的结论。

Abstract:Air lift Loop Reactor (ALR) is a new type of reactor used in ferment industry. The height/diameter ratio of common ALR is near to 10 and even larger, so the height of a reactor will be very high which makes the operation inconvenient. If some baffles are equipped in reactor, on the one hand, the course of fluid flowing may be extended; on the other hand, they can cause turbulence of fluid flowing, all of these may enhance the mixing and mass transfer. We adhibit computing hydromechanics to study the reactor, it may reveal the substantially better. In the article, ALE (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian) technique is applied to calculate and simulate flow field in reactor. Influences of baffles whose number is one and three on the flow field and mass transfer are researched, the results show that the assumption are true.
