| 摘 要： | 为了弄清两系法杂交水稻籽粒充实度与双亲亲缘差异的关系，确定两系杂种优势利用的最适遗传距离，选用10个籼型光温敏核不育材料作母本，6个籼型材料作父本，配制两系品种间杂交组合20个，研究两系杂交水稻籽粒充实度与双亲亲缘关系。结果表明，两系品种间（籼型）杂种F1的籽粒充实指数与其本身的程氏指数呈负相关，但相关不显著，相关系数仅为－0.1092；两系品种间（籼型）籽粒充实指数与双亲的亲缘距离（程氏指数差值）呈显著负相关，相关系数为－0.4113。 |

| Abstract: | In the study, 20 intervarietal hybrid combinations were obtained by crossing 10 photo-thermo-sterilities (indica) with 6 ordinary indica ones. The correlationship between grain plumpness of F 1 hybrids and genetic difference of their parents (difference value of cheng's index) was studied. The results showed that:The genetic difference of two parents (difference in cheng`s index) is significantly negatively correlated with grain plumpness in F 1 intervarietal combinations by two line-system and the correlation coefficient was -0.411 3;The correlation-ship between cheng's index of F 1 and their grain plumpness was not significant and the correlation coefficient was -0.109 2. |
