西番莲插穗生根试验

研究了激素、插穗成熟度及插穗长度对西番莲插穗根系质量的影响。试验结果表明：插穗的成熟度是影响插穗成活及根系质量的主要因子，枝条梢部幼嫩节扦插的成活率及根系质量均优于枝条基部的成熟节；健壮且较长的插穗其根系质量较好；激素处理虽能促进愈伤组织的形成，但对根系的生长并无明显的促进作用；不同无性系在生根能力上存在差异。

Cuttage Experiments of Passiflora

Some factors such as hormone, ripe degree of cuttings and the length of cuttings had influence on the quality of root system in Passiflora cuttings. The ripe degree of cuttings was the leading factor on the survival rate of cuttings and the quality of root system. The survival rate and the quality of root system of the cuttings from the tender tip branch were better than that of the cuttings from the rest of the branch. The stronger and longer cuttings could root easily and form a better root system, while the hormone treatments had no obvious promotive effect on the root striking though it could promote callus development earlier. Furthermore, it was different for various clones in the ability of striking root.
