摘    要:试管苗玻璃化现象是植物组织培养中普遍发生的一种生理病变。其形态结构变异失常,生化成分及酶学特性也出现明显变化。导致这种现象的原因,初步认为是培养环境中的某种胁迫条件诱导试管产生应激乙烯,乙烯的直接或间接作用引起玻璃化现象的发生。

Abstract:Vitrification or glassiness is a physiological abnomality frequently affecting Vegetative propagation in vitro. The vitrious plantlets are hypertrophic waterlogging and translucent. The physiological studies show that the contents of protein, cellulose, lignin anb chlorophyll in vitrifious plantlets were lower than those in normal plantlets. The ethyene contents comparing with that of normal plantlets was higher in the early period of vitrification and lower in the late period. The peroxidase patterns were also changed.On the basis of this study and other author's work, it is acceptable that the vitrification problem is induced by the direct or indirect action of ethylene, and the etylene production was due to some kinds of stress conditions in the cultural circumstance such as unsuitable water potential.
