| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会作了关于建设社会主义新农村的决策,是新时期解决“三农”问题和统筹城乡发展的重大举措,也是我国现代化进程中一项长期而艰巨的重大历史任务。本文立足于我国的基本国情,针对农村人才匮乏现状,提出了“智力反哺”战略,并提出了具体的实施方案,旨在为培养社会主义新农村建设所需的人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | China government made decision on building socialism new countryside in the 16th conference of Chinese republic party,which is the very important measure on how to settle the three problems on agriculture and city and countryside development,and which is hardship task for ages in the course of modernization of China.The paper put up the strategy of city put intelligence into countryside and expound project on how to apply in detail having respect for the situation of China and the absence of intelligence in countryside in order to offer conference for socialism new countryside building |
