摘    要:建立了检测10种食品中甲氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱-质谱方法。样品采用正己烷、乙腈或乙酸乙酯提取,液液分配及固相萃取柱净化,净化液由气相色谱-质谱测定,外标法定量。本方法的回收率为70.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~12.3%,检测低限为0.01 mg/kg。

Abstract:The author presented a method for the determination of Fenpropathrin residue in 10 kinds of food by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method.The samples were extracted by n-hexane,acetonitrile and ethyl acetate through liquid-liquid partition,purified by HLB cartridge and florisil cartridge,and determined by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and external standard method.The recovery rate of this method was 70.0%~110.0%,the relative standard deviation was 3.3%~12.3%,and the detection low limit was 0.01 mg/kg.
