贵州省稻瘟病菌对稻瘟灵的抗药性研究

摘    要:采用生长速率法测定了采自贵州省26个县(市)不同年份稻瘟病标样175个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株对稻瘟灵的抗药性。结果表明,贵州省主要稻区都有抗稻瘟灵菌株出现,但大部分抗性菌株的抗药性表现为低抗水平。黔东南、贵阳、遵义地区抗性菌株频率明显高于其他几个地区,其抗性菌株频率分别为10.86%、10.29%和8.00%。

Study on resistance of Magnapothe grisea to FUJI-ONE in Guizhou Province

Abstract:Growth rate method was used to test resistance to Fuji-one, isoprothiolane in 175 effective isolates of Magnapothe grisea, which collected from 26 counties in Guizhou Province. The results showed that resistant isolates existed in major districts of Guizhou Province, but most of them revealed low resistance to Fuji-one. Resistance frequeney in Qiandongnan, Guiyang and Zunyi was 10.86%, 10. 29% and 8. 00%, respectively, which was significantly higher than other districts.
