摘 要: | 应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析方法,对花椰菜灰绿色叶片正常植株及其绿色叶片突变体的基因组DNA进行差异分析,使用122个10bp随机引物进行RAPD反应,扩增片段分子量在0.3~2.5kb之间,其中S140在植株间扩增出差异片段1条。结果表明,花椰菜不同叶色基因组DNA之间存在明显差异,扩增出的差异片段对进一步研究花椰菜叶色基因调控具有重要的价值。

RAPD Analysis of Leaf Color Mutation in Cauliflower |

Abstract: | One hundred and twenty-two random sequence of 10-mer primers were used to screen gray-green and green leaf color genomic DNA of cauliflower. The molecular weight was from 0.3 to 2.5 kb. One primer was amplified which was separated from the gray-green and green leaf color of cauliflower.The results showed that there are obvious differences in different color genetic DNA of cauliflower and the amplified linked marker is significant for the further research on the leaf color gene control of cauliflower. |
