青霉属银杏内生菌的筛选及鉴定

摘    要:对银杏的不同组织部位进行了内生菌的筛选及鉴定工作,利用酒精消毒法在银杏的干、枝、叶不同组织部位中分离到29株内生菌。抑菌试验结果表明,其中的18株具有抑菌活性,B1、B6的抑菌能力最强;对2菌株的培养形态和生理特征进行鉴定,结果表明它们均属于青霉属。

Abstract:To obtain the active ingredients of ginkgo(Ginkgo Biloba L),the isolation and screening of Endophytes were carried out.29 strains,which were isolated from trunk,branch and leaf of ginkgo,were used to do the anti-microbial experiments.The results showed that only 18 strains had anti-microbial function.B1 and B6,which had the best antimicrobial function,were identified as Penicillium.
