| 摘 要： | 选取较感病主栽品种“辽粳454”作为研究材料,以稻瘟病病菌粗毒素为选择压,进行抗稻瘟病细胞突变体筛选,以期获得优良粳稻品种的抗病系。试验结果表明:经粗毒素处理后,对粳稻种的胚根、胚芽、愈伤组织成活率及愈伤组织分化率都有一定的抑制作用。但愈伤组织在生植株的抗性显著提高。

| Abstract: | In this text, the material-454 that was sense to rice blast and rice blast germ thick density gradient of toxin pigeonhole were used to screen the mutants with resistance to the rice blast.And then the selected material would be applied in rice resistant breeding program. |
