关苍术根与根茎的鉴别

针对关苍术根和根茎混用的现象,从性状、显微、理化性质方面,对关苍术根和根茎进行生药学鉴定,从而区分关苍术的根和根茎。用生药学显微鉴定的方法观察关苍术根与根茎在组织特征方面的差别,再利用紫外图谱扫描法和薄层色谱对照法比较两者在化学成分上的差异。关苍术根和根茎在组织特征上存在显著差异,但在化学成分上没有明显差别。所以可以通过生药学显微鉴定的方法对两者进行鉴别。
