解磷菌PW-512菌剂对玉米苗期防御酶活性的影响

摘    要:以‘天塔五号’玉米为试验材料,采用室内栽培盒培养方法,探讨解磷菌PW-512对玉米苗期防御酶活性的影响。结果表明:解磷菌PW-512处理的玉米苗期叶片可溶性蛋白含量比对照及同等剂量灭菌处理的菌剂含量高,且随着解磷菌PW-512剂量的增加而增加;与同等剂量的灭菌处理的解磷菌PW-512菌剂相比,解磷菌PW-512菌剂可以有效地提高玉米苗期SOD、POD及CAT活性,同时证明,在试验范围内,解磷菌PW-512菌剂剂量越大,其促进效果越好。

Abstract:The effect of bacteria PW-512 on the growth of corn (Tianta NO. 5) in their seedling stage, the defensive enzyme were investigated in a new cultivation box containing the lower soil mixed together with different doses of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria culture fluid. The results indicated that the soluble protein rised with the addition of the PW-512 bacterial higher than the sterile addition of the PW-512 bacterial. Compared with the same amount of sterile PW-512 bacterial, the PW-512 bacterial could effectively increase the SOD activities, the POD activities and the CAT activities. The more PW-512 bacterial were added, the higher their activities.
