摘    要:随着实时荧光定量PCR技术的不断完善和发展,该技术越来越受到人们的青睐。它以快速、灵敏、高特异性和安全性高等优点广泛应用于科学研究等各个领域。近年来,实时荧光定量PCR技术在番茄的各研究领域不断深入,大大提高了番茄的病害检测能力、特异基因的表达水平和转基因的检测效率。

Abstract:With the development of real-time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR technology, more attention was paid to the technology. It was a fast, sensitive and highly specific technology and have been used widely in various fields of scientific research. In recent years, real-time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR technology has been applied on the research of tomato. It greatly improved the detection of transgenic tomato , tomato disease and specific genes expression.
