| 摘 要： | 通过对福建省主要林区进行实地考察，阐述了木材流通的现状，找出了存在的主要问题，并提出：木材流通体制应当继续强化政府职能部门等软环境建设；加强行政与集体林区经营者的协调沟通；进一步规范政策；完善木材流通体制。

| Abstract: | Based on the field inspection on the spot in the main forest regions of Fujian Province, the current situation of timber circulation was explained and existent problems were identified. Countermeasures for how to solve the problems in the timber circulation system are put forward in the paper. In details, on the one hand the soft environmental construction of government functional departments should be continuously strengthened so as to increase the coordination & communication between administrative management and operators of collective forest regions; on the other hand the policy should be further regulated to perfect the timber circulation system. |
