四川省核盘菌的营养体亲和性

摘    要:为掌握四川省核盘菌的种群多样性并为抗病育种提供依据,选取了四川省10个地区的23个县(市)和不同寄主的80个代表菌株,在改良Patterson氏培养基(MP培养基)上两两配对,进行营养体亲和性测定。结果显示,80个供试菌株可划分为63个菌丝体亲和群(MCGs),其中52个菌丝体亲和群(MCGs)是由单个仅与自身亲和的菌株组成,最大的菌丝体亲和群(MCGs)也仅含有4个菌株,同一亲和群(MCGs)内的菌株与不同亲和群菌株配对的表现型也不完全相同。表明四川核盘菌种群内存在较大的遗传异质性。

Abstract:To determine population structure of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and to provide the scientific basis for resistance breeding,80 isolates from different regions and hosts in Sichuan were selected to test vegetative compatibility in all possible combinations on Modified Patterson's medium(MPM).The results showed as follows: among 80 isolates,63 different mycelial compatibility groups(MCGs) were distinguished,52 of which were made up of only one strain compatible with itself,while the largest group consisted of only 4 isolates.Pairing between the isolates within the same MCGs were compatible,but their reaction types were not identical with the other isolates.The results indicated that there existed genetic variability among mycelial compatibility groups of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in Sichuan province.
