| 摘 要： | 介绍基于ASP.net、phonegap框架,使用C#语言、Javascript语言、HTML5等技术和Mysql数据库管理系统构建防灾减灾应急指挥移动办公系统,让政府决策者和气象服务人员通过移动办公设备随时掌握灾害天气情况,更好的为防灾减灾提供科学依据和技术保障。
