| Abstract: | In accordance with the practice of water conservancy construction and control flood-fight against drought,with the analysis on historic data of hydrology,meteorology and drought-flood disasters in 50 years in Anhui Province.The author expounds characteristics of drought-flood disasters,factor of nature and social,and puts forward countermeasure of synthetic prevention and control. |
