摘    要:传统培养方法从环境中只能获得1%左右的微生物,而宏基因组技术作为一种不依赖于培养的新理念和新方法,可以克服上述瓶颈,使从探究环境中获得大量未能培养的微生物成为现实.宏基因组技术于10年前诞生,至今已取得了令人瞩目的进展.对宏基因组学的概念、方法和应用等方面进行了综述,以期为同类研究提供参考.

Abstract:It is known that less than 1% of microorganisms could be obtained by traditional culture approaches. As a new cultural-independent idea and method, metagenomics attempts to overcome this bottleneck, a lot of un-culturable microorganisms could be obtained from the environment. Significant progresses have been achieved since the metagenome technology been introduced ten years ago. This paper reviewed the concept, methodologies, and applications, etc. of metagenomics.
