桑虱生物学特性及防治技术研究

摘    要:[目的]为桑虱大发生田块的综合防治提供参考。[方法]采用室内饲养与室外观查相结合的方法进行生物学特性调查,通过室内化学防治试验,室外药剂防治小区试验,若虫孵化出土、上树数量消长规律调查,综合防治中试研究对桑虱的防治效果。[结果]结果表明,桑虱在江苏盐城1年发生1代,卵在土壤中越夏越冬,其集中分布在桑树根部25 cm范围0~8 cm深的浅土层中,若虫期长达85~90d,寄主广泛。桑园常用农药1 500~3 000倍的辛硫磷、敌敌喂、灭多威、氧化乐果稀释液,200~400倍的洗衣粉和洗洁精稀释液等均有较好的防治效果。[结论]该研究能有效地控制桑园中桑虱的为害。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to provide the reference for integrated control of Drosocha Contrahens Walker outbreak in field.[Method] The biological characteristics of Drosocha Contrahens Walker by combination of indoor breed and outdoor appearance search was investigated,and the controlling effect of the indoor chemical control,the outdoor chemical control,the nymphs hatched unearthed,the number of the dynamics on trees and the integrated prevention trial on Drosocha Contrahens Walker was studied.[Result]The results indicated that Drosocha Contrahens Walker,which had one generation per year in Yancheng,Jiangsu province,its eggs stayed in the soil during the summer and winter and distributed about away from mulberry tree root 25 cm in the scope 0-8 cm superficial soil.The period of the nymph was about 85-90 d.This organism had a widespread host.1 500-3 000 times dilution of the phoxim 、dichlorvos、nethomyl、folimat or the 200-400 times dilution of detergent or liquefied detergent,which had a good effect on controlling the organism.[Conclusion] This research can control effectively the damage of Drosocha Contrahens Walker in mulberry orchard.
