摘    要:韭黄是以嫩叶和柔嫩花茎供使用的多年宿根草本植物,是一种高档的保健蔬菜,洁白如银,光滑如玉,香味郁浓。过去韭黄是一种少见的高档菜,现在韭黄已成为人们越来越喜爱的菜了,不过在在辽宁省栽培的地区很少,其经济价值很高,栽培技术要求也高。介绍韭黄的栽培技术。
