| 摘 要： | 因过度需求能源、力量或资源而导致的失败、精疲力竭或身心枯竭等称之为职业倦怠。高校图书馆员职业倦怠的产生,既有社会原因,也有单位和个人原因。加强职业教育,建立激励机制,提高馆员素质,是消除职业倦怠的关键。

| Abstract: | Professional languor is caused by excessive demand for energy, power and resource, which leads to failure, fatigue, or physical and mental illness. The professional languor of university librarians is owing to social and individual factors. The key to eliminate professional languor is to strengthen vocational training, establish encouraging mechanism, and improve staff quality. |
