50年来延安市县域经济差异发展变化探讨

本文着重研究了延安市 5 0年来区域经济差异发展变化的趋势。文章从两个方面 ,即全市区域经济差异的总体状况与市内各县区之间的经济差异状况 ,分析了延安市 1 95 2年— 1 998年区域经济差异的特点。研究表明 5 0年来延安市的区域经济差异有扩大的趋势 ,尤其是改革开放以来更为显著 ,呈现出快速、非均衡发展的特点。这主要与改革开放以来实行的一系列政策有关。最后 ,文章探讨了针对延安市县域经济差异变化趋势的调控 ,使县域经济差异的变化能够满足经济和社会发展以及西部大开发的总体要求而采取的相应对策。

Discussion on Yan'an's Regional Economic Disparities and Changing Characters During Recent 50 Years

The main purpose of this article is to reveal the trend and reason of regional economic disparities in Yan'an city in the past 50 years. Four parts are included in this research: (1)Development of regional economic disparities at a city level ,(2)Patterns of regional economic disparities between sub-regions in Yan'an , (3)Analysis of the changing reason from 1952 to 1998, (4)Discussion about the developing trend and countermeasures. The study revealed that the development showed a tendency to expand regional economic disparities in the past 50 years, especially during 1980-1998 ,and has the characteristics of great increase and unbalanced development. The processes of regional economic disparities are closely related with the reform process in Yan'an. At last, measures to tackle the problems of Yan'an in regional disparities and economic development are discussed.
