硼砂对绵羊瘤胃微生物数量、酶活性及血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:将8只装有瘘管绵羊分为2组,采用反转试验设计,研究在基础日粮中添加2g·kg-1日粮的硼砂对绵羊瘤胃微生物数量的影响。选用4只装有瘘管绵羊,采用4×4拉丁方设计,4种处理为:A组(基础日粮,对照组)、B组(基础日粮+1g硼砂·kg-1日粮)、C组(基础日粮+2g硼砂·kg-1日粮)和D组(基础日粮+25mgAHA·kg-1日粮),研究饲喂硼砂对绵羊瘤胃酶活性及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,饲喂2g·kg-1日粮硼砂对绵羊瘤胃细菌和原虫数量未产生影响。与对照组相比,B组、C组和D组蛋白水解酶活性分别比对照提高108.2%,200.39%和173.8%,其中C组差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。与对照相比,添加脲酶抑制剂各组,脲酶活性略有降低,纤维素酶、总脱氢酶和淀粉酶活性略有升高,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。饲喂硼砂对绵羊血液生化指标未产生影响。说明1~2g·kg-1日粮的硼砂添加量对绵羊是安全的。

Abstract:sheep with fistula were used in change-over design to determine the effect of borax in2g per kg diet on counts of rumen microorganism.4sheep with fistula were used in a4×4Latin square design to deter-mine effect of borax on rumen enzyme activity and blood biochemical index of sheep.Four treatments of the ex-periment were group A(basal diet,control),group B(1g borax per kg diet),group C(2g borax per kg diet)and group D(25mg AHA per kg diet).Counts of bacterium and protozoon were not affected by borax in2g per kg diet.Activity of proteolytic enzyme in rumen for group B were increased by108.2%(P>0.05),for group C by200.39%(P>0.05),and for group D by173.8%(P>0.05) ,compared with the control.Activity of urease,cellu-lose and amylase for all the treatments were increased(P>0.05),compared with the control.Blood biochemical index of sheep were unaffected by borax.The above results suggested that the borax at dosage of2g per kg diet was safe for sheep.
