高丹草青贮加工及饲喂利用技术研究进展

摘    要:对国内外高丹草(Sorghumbicolor×S.Sudanense)青贮、饲喂技术的研究进展进行综合分析,归纳出影响高丹草青贮效果的主要因素为高丹草品种、收获技术工艺和青贮加工工艺。青贮的最佳收割期根据株高、生育期、生长天数来判断更科学;添加酸类、甲醛、酶制剂青贮以及混合青贮均能显著提高高丹草的青贮效果;通过合理利用,高丹草氢氰酸对饲喂动物的危害是可以避免的;高丹草对肉牛和奶牛等均具有较高的饲用价值及饲喂效果。高丹草青贮最大的问题是过高的含水量,尚未根本解决;高丹草的饲喂效果与青贮全株玉米相比尚无定论;均需完善相关研究思路、方式、方法,进一步深入研究解决。

Abstract:The research progress of silage and feeding technology of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids in domestic and overseas was comprehensively analyzed. The main factors influencing the effect of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid silage were summarized as sorghum-sudangrass hybrid varieties, harvesting techniques and silage processing technology. It was more scientific to determine the best harvesting time according to plant height, growth duration, and growth day. The quality of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid silage was significantly improved by adding acids, formaldehyde and enzymes in both silage and mixed silage. The harm of hydrocyanic acid in sorghum-sudangrass hybrids for feeding animals could be avoided through reasonable use. Sorghum-sudangrass hybrids had high feeding value and feeding effects for both beef and dairy cows. The biggest problem of making sorghum-sudangrass hybrid silage was the high moisture content and not fundamentally solved. The feeding effect of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids was uncertain still compared with silage corn. All of the problems request further research and perfect research strategy.
