豆科植物裂荚生物学基础的研究进展

摘    要:裂荚是豆科植物在进化过程中产生的一种繁殖特性,但裂荚会导致种子在收获前大量脱落,给种子生产造成严重的损失。为了提高种子产量,豆科植物的抗裂荚性状成为人们重要的育种目标之一。文章主要从形态学、生理学和分子生物学3个角度对豆科植物裂荚进行综述,并对目前存在的问题及今后的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Pod dehiscence is a very important reproductive trait during the evolution of legume. However, this trait also can lead to seed dispersal before harvest, which causes heavy losses on legume seed production. In order to improve the seed yield, loss of pod dehiscence becomes one of the key agronomical traits targeted by human breeding selection. The study advances of morphology, physiology and molecular biology on pod dehiscence traits of legume were elaborated in this paper. Moreover, the existing problems and developmental tendency were also prospected.
