摘    要:为探究品种、添加剂(蔗糖和绿汁发酵液)、刈割时期对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)青贮饲料品质的影响,以11个品种紫花苜蓿为原料,在7种刈割时期下分别设置蔗糖(2%)和绿汁发酵液(0.2%)处理,以不使用任何添加剂为对照,袋装青贮120 d。结果表明:'阿尔冈金'、'阿瑞博'青贮品质较好。添加剂处理组的青贮饲料pH显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。紫花苜蓿在第1,2茬的现蕾期、结荚期和第3茬现蕾期进行青贮,都能获得较好的青贮饲料,但现蕾期能获得饲用营养价值更高的青贮饲料。紫花苜蓿品种'阿尔冈金'、'阿瑞博'在现蕾期添加蔗糖(2%)或绿汁发酵液(0.2%)都可以获得质量较好的青贮饲料。

Abstract:The effects of varieties, sucrose or previous fermented juice, and harvest periods on the quality of alfalfa silage were studied. The 11 alfalfa varieties with 7 harvest periods were placed in sealed vacuum plastic bags adding sucrose(2%) or previous fermented juice(0.2%) and ensiled for 120 days. Results showed that the silage fermentation qualities of 11 alfalfa varieties were significantly different(P<0.01). The pH values of silages were significantly lower in two additive treatments in comparison with control(P<0.01). The silage of high quality could be gotten in the first and second cut of budding period, podding period and the third cut budding period, especially in budding period. Alfalfa 'Algonquin' and 'Arriba' varieties in the budding stage added sucrose(2%) or PFJ(0.2%) produced better quality silages.
