摘    要:从四倍体中丹二号的花药和幼穗中分别诱导出二倍体「ZDA(2N)」,四倍体「ZD6(4N)」的愈伤组织,用EMS和5-氮胞苷处理愈伤组织发现;1.随着培养基EMS或5-氮胞苷浓度的提高,ZDA(2N)和ZDY(4N)在相对生长量的减少方面表现相同的模式,而这两种愈伤组织受盐胁迫时在相对生长量的减少方面表现不同的模式;2.经EMS或5-氮胞苷处理后的愈伤组织的耐盐细胞频率没有显的变化。

Abstract:Diploid callus and autotetraploid callus were initiated seperately from the anther and panicle culture of the autotetraploid rice (Oryza sativa L.).The pretreatment of callus with EMS or 5\|azacytidine gave the following results:1.with the increasing concentration of EMS or 5\|azacytidine in the medium,ZDA(2N) and ZDY(4N) showed the same pattern in the decrease of the relative growth rate,while different pattern was shown when stressed by NaCl;2.no significant change in the frequency of salt tolerant cell was found with pretreatment of EMS or 5\|azacytidin to callus.
