丙草胺原药及其杂质GC—MS分析研究

摘    要:丙草胺的含量分析多采用气相色谱法。本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC—MS)对丙草胺原药及其主要杂质进行分离鉴定,得到丙草胺及其7个杂质质谱图,分析这些质谱图,推断出各自的结构;并总结丙草胺质谱裂解规律及7个杂质的质谱特征,试验结果对控制丙草胺原药的杂质,提高产品质量,有参考意义。

Abstract:Pretilaehlor impurities have been taken into consideration of safey assessment of pestiedes.There were no articles for analysis of impurities in pretilachlor technical material to be found in present publieations.A GC-MS method,using DB-1 column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm), taking program temperature was developed to separate and analyze pretilachlor and 7 impurities in technical material.Using electron impact (EI) method, pretilaehlor and 7 impurities were identified and confirmed.The way of dissociation of pretilaehlor was discussed.Using GC-FID method,the content of pretilaehlor and 7 impurities were measured.The results showed a good repeatability.
