不同条件水热处理木材的漂白工艺

摘    要:对水热处理后的枫木和橡胶木试件进行漂白处理,探讨水热处理工艺对后续漂白工艺效果的影响.结果表明,不同树种、不同水热处理条件下,试件的白度不同,对应的较佳漂白工艺亦不同.橡胶木较枫木容易漂白;2个树种的试件均在水热处理条件Ⅲ时,试件的白度最大.

Abstract:Bleaching is an effective way to remove the color difference of wood after its hydrothermal treatment.Different bleach formulas were investigated on their effectiveness of minimizing the color variation of commonly-used maple and rubber lumbers. The results showed that rubber wood was easier to bleach than maple wood. The optimum bleaching conditions were found to depend on the hydrothermal treatment conditions.
