摘    要:研究了直立生菜营养生长期长短对其生长、产量和品质的影响,结果表明:直立生菜的株高、叶片数均与定植时间具有直线线性正相关:直立生菜的产量与采收时间相天,采收时间延长,产量随之增加;定植51 d后,老叶的水分、维生素C和粗蛋白含量均高于嫩叶,嫩叶的还原糖、可溶性固形物和硝酸盐含量均高于老叶,老叶和嫩叶的品质虽有一定的差别,但老叶仍具有较高的食用价值.

Abstract:In this paper,effects of the vegetative stage on the growth,yield and quality of Rome lettuce were studied.The results showed that the plant height and the amount of leaves of Rome lettuce were positively linear correlation with the planting days.There was correlation between the yield and the harvesting stage,the yield were increased with the harvesting stage prolonged.The analyse of Rome lettuce quality showed that the old leaves had higher edible values.The contents of water,Vatamin C and crude protein of old leaves were higher than those of new leaves,but the contents of reductive sugar,soluble solids and nitrate of new leaves were higher than those of old leaves.
