天然胶乳的过气体物预硫化和胶膜性能

研究了叔丁基过氧化物（tBHP）预硫化天然胶乳的方法，对预硫化温度、tBHP和果糖用量与胶乳硫化程度的关系进行了试验，也研究了铁离子浓度对硫化速率的影响及所需外加铁离子的最大用量，测试了不同工艺条件过氧化物预硫化胶乳(PPVL)胶膜的物理性能，并进行了PPVL的贮存试验和浸渍试验。试验结果表明，PPVL除在硫化后的最初几天交联程度略有增加外，随后基本保持稳定；PPVL胶膜有较高的定伸应力；PPVL浸渍成膜性能良好，适用于一般的浸渍生产工艺。

Peroxide Prevulcanization of Natural Rubber Latex and Its Film Properties

The method of prevulcanization of natural rubber latex with t-butyl hydroperoxide (tBHP) was investigated. The relation of the prevulcanization temperature, dose of tBHP and fructose with the degree of vulcanization of rubber latex was determined. The effect of the concentration of ironic ions on the rate of vulcanization and the maximum dosage of the added ironic ions were also studied. The physical properties of the rubber film of PPVL under different technical conditions were tested. The storage and dipping tests of PPVL were carried out. The results showed that the tensile strength of the rubber film of PPVL was relatively high, that the degree of cross-linking of the PPVL increased slightly during the first several days of vulcanization and stabilized afterwards, and that the film forming of PPVL during dipping were satisfactory and fit to be used to produce general dipping products.
