播种期对水稻米质与产量的影响

采用20个早籼和6个中籼品种(系)分期播种,研究不同播种期对水稻米质和产量的影响。结果如下:早籼和中籼品种(系)晚季栽培比早季栽培,生育期缩短,产量下降,米质提高,特别是整精米率提高,米粒垩白减小,食味变好。8004和七桂早25晚季栽培产量高,米质好。

Effect of Sowing Dates on Grain Quality and Yield of Rice

The effect of the different sowing dates on grain quality and yield of rice was studied by means of sowing 20 early and 6 middle Indica rice varieties or lines in various dates. The results are as follows:The growth periods ware shortened, the yield descended and the grain quality has been improved.Espicially,the rate of whole white grain increased, the ratio of white grain chalkness descended and the taste of cooked rice has become better, when the early and middle Indica rice varieties were planted in late season, The yield and grain quality of 8004 and QiguEizhao25 was high when they were planted in late season.
