摘    要:以芦丁为标准品,采用分光光度法,测定总黄酮的含量,对波长、精密度、重现性和稳定性进行了检测。并且利用微波辅助萃取技术,对鹰嘴紫云英、红豆草、百脉根和小冠花4种豆科牧草的总黄酮进行了提取。结果表明,此方法简便易行,精密度高,重现性好,在20-40 min,吸光度较为稳定。这4种牧草均含有丰富的黄酮类物质,且茎、叶、花、全株总黄酮含量有极显著差异(P〈0.01),在整个生育时期,总黄酮含量均为叶高于茎。在分枝、孕蕾、初花、盛花和结荚表现出不同的变化规律。小冠花和百脉根总黄酮含量的变化相近,随植株生长而不断升高,在盛花期达到最高。鹰嘴紫云英的总黄酮含量呈“V”型变化,初花期最少,只有8.71 mg/g。红豆草叶的总黄酮含量呈缓慢升高,结荚期最高。

Abstract:The colorimetric method was used for quantification of flavonoid using rutin as standard reagents,which detected on wavelength,accuracy,reproducibility and stability.The total flavonoid in four species of legumes(Astragalus sinicus,Onobrychis viciaefolia,Lotus corniculatus,Coronilla varia) were extracted by microwave assistant respectively.The results showed that this method was simple,it had high accuracy,reproducibility and excellent stability from 20 min to 40 min;these four legumes were abundant in flav...
