4种豆科牧草总黄酮含量变化的研究

以芦丁为标准品,采用分光光度法,测定总黄酮的含量,对波长、精密度、重现性和稳定性进行了检测。并且利用微波辅助萃取技术,对鹰嘴紫云英、红豆草、百脉根和小冠花4种豆科牧草的总黄酮进行了提取。结果表明,此方法简便易行,精密度高,重现性好,在20-40 min,吸光度较为稳定。这4种牧草均含有丰富的黄酮类物质,且茎、叶、花、全株总黄酮含量有极显著差异（P〈0.01）,在整个生育时期,总黄酮含量均为叶高于茎。在分枝、孕蕾、初花、盛花和结荚表现出不同的变化规律。小冠花和百脉根总黄酮含量的变化相近,随植株生长而不断升高,在盛花期达到最高。鹰嘴紫云英的总黄酮含量呈“V”型变化,初花期最少,只有8.71 mg/g。红豆草叶的总黄酮含量呈缓慢升高,结荚期最高。

Changes of total flavoniod contents in four legumes species
