| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是我们当代社会经济与社会发展的唯一选择。从总体上看,新疆的自然资源与环境具有资源丰富与环境脆弱两大根本特点。这种资源与环境上的根本特点决定了新疆实行循环经济发展模式对于贯彻经济可持续发展战略具有特别重要的意义。
