摘 要: | 采用反相悬浮法,以β-环糊精、聚乙烯醇和丙烯酰胺为主要原料,制备了高吸水性树脂。分别研究了树脂在不同浓度Cl-盐、SO2-4盐,以及不同pH缓冲溶液中的吸液行为,并测定了树脂在青霉、黑曲霉及褐腐菌中的生物降解性能。实验结果表明:树脂在同浓度Cl-盐溶液中的吸液效果比在SO2-4盐溶液中好;在0.05~1.00 mg/L的低质量浓度Fe3+盐溶液中,树脂的吸液量仍可达700~1050 g/g。树脂在pH=4~12的范围内均具有较好的吸液效果。霉菌对树脂具有不同程度的生物降解作用,树脂水凝胶在褐腐菌中的生物降解效果最佳,生物降解率高达81.3%,是环保型材料。

Abstract: | Theβ-cyclodextrin/poly( vinyl alcohol)/acrylamide superabsorbent resin was synthesized by inverse suspension meth-od usingβ-cyclodextrin, poly ( vinyl alcohol) and acrylamide.We studied the swelling characteristics of resin in the differ-ent concentrations of Cl-, SO2-4 , and different pH buffer solution, and the biodegradability of resin in Penicillium, Asper-gillus niger and Brown rot fungi.The swelling capability of resin in chlorine salt was better than that in sulfate.The swell-ing capability of resin was up to 700-1 050 g/g in 0.05-1.00 mg/L in Fe3+.There was good absorption of resin in pH of 4-12.The biodegradation efficiency of the resin hydrogel reached 81.3%in Brown rot fungi.The resin was an environmentally friendly material. |
