云南松产脂量与土壤养分及酶活性的关系

摘    要:为了选育和定向培育云南松高产脂优树,比较高产脂量和低产脂量云南松土壤养分及酶活性的差异,并且分析其产脂量与土壤养分及酶活性的相关性。结果表明:高产脂量云南松土壤养分中速效氮、速效磷、铁、锰、锌、铜的质量分数以及蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶的活性显著高于低产脂量云南松。随着土壤养分中速效氮、速效磷、铁、锰、锌、铜的质量分数以及蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性的增加,云南松的产脂量也不断增加(P0.01)。因此,土壤养分和酶活性可作为培育高产脂云南松的措施。

Relationship between Oleoresin Yield of Pinus yunnanensi and Soil Nutrient and Enzyme Activity
Abstract:For the chemical characteristics of the soil in high yielding oleoresin Pinus yunnanensis, we studied the relationships between oleoresin yield of P.yunan nensis and soil nutrient and enzyme activity to provide the basis for breeding and direc-tional cultivation high yielding oleoresin P.yunnanensis, compared the differences in soil nutrient and enzyme activity in high and low oleoresin yield , and analyzed their relationships with oleoresin yield of P.yunnanne sis.The contents of soil a-vailable nutrient (N, P, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu) and the activity of protease, catalase, and urease in the forest of high oleo-resin yield were significantly higher than those with low yield .The oleoresin yield was increased with the content of availa-ble nutrients and soil activities of protease, catalase, and urease increasing (P<0.01).Therefore, the soil nutrient and en-zymatic activity could be proposed as indicators for breeding high yielding oleoresin P.yunnanensis.
