黑糯玉米自交系配合力及遗传参数分析

摘    要:用8个黑糯玉米自交系,采用不完全双列杂交法,进行配合力及遗传参数分析,结果表明:(1)黑色糯、CBW2在产量及产量性状上都具有较高的一般配合力,在供试材料中是较好的亲本;在品质性状中较好的亲本是:蛋白质及硒含量均为YBW981616;脂肪含量为YBW981634;维生素E含量为YBW981640。(2)产量、穗粗、行数、株高和穗位的遗传以基因加性效应为主;百粒重、行粒数、脂肪和硒含量的遗传以非加性效应为主;蛋白质和维生素E含量的遗传中,加性、非加性效应共同起作用。

Abstract:Eight black glutinous maize inbred lines were used by partial diallel cross and its combining ability and genetic parameter were analyzed. Hybrids derived from partial diallel cross were studied with the analysis of combining ability and genetic parameter. The result indicated: 1) Heisenuo and CBW2 inbred lines were eminent parents with higher GCA on yield and yield constitutions. YBW981616 was elite parent not only on protein content but also on Se content; YBW981634 and YBW981640 were parent on fat content and Ve content respectively. 2)Kernel yield, ear diameter, rows in ear, plant height and ear position were mainly controlled by additive effect; hundred kernel weight, kernels of every ear line, fat content and Se content were mainly controlled by non-additive effect; protein content and Ve content were controlled by additive and non-additive effect.
