| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了生态平衡的概念.把它做为宏观理论指导森林采伐时要注意不能片面地强调生态系统的维持.而忽视人类采伐利用森林为人类造福的必然性;恢复和维护生态平衡不能脱离森林采伐利用的价值.同时说明了忽视生态变化发展在时间和空间上的不可逆性和随机性.

| Abstract: | The conception of ecological balance is introduced in this paper. The authors of this paper present that guiding forest harvesting by ecological balance as macro ?theory is not unilaterally emphasized on protecting ecological balance and ignored the necessity of economic efficiencies of forest harvesting. Meanwhile, the authors present that resuming and protecting ecological balance can not be seperated from economic benefits of forest harvesting as well as illustrate the irreversibility and randomness of space and time ignoring ecological variety and development. |
