| 摘 要： | 通过对土壤冻胀原理的分析，即对化合水，吸湿水等分析后，提出了房屋冻害的防治措施；施工前设计时要采取相应的防冻措施；对于季节性冻土，要消除三种冻胀力的影响，特别是防止隔沉的破坏；合理确定基础埋置深度等。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the principle of freezing and swelling, the authors present the prevention ways of house freezing injury as the following: adopting corresponding prevention ways before house constructed; to seasonal freezing earth, eliminating the impacts of three types of freezing forces, especially preventing the destruction of thaw and sinking; deciding the depth of foundation buried rationally. |
