禁饮条件下双峰驼血清氨氮含量的变化

摘    要:对6峰双峰驼冬夏两季正常饮水、禁饮、暴饮条件下血清中氨氮含量进行了测定。结果表明,在正常饮水期其含量为0.1077±0.0161mg/100mL,禁饮期为0.1410±0.0280mg/100mL,两者差异显著(p<0.05)。暴饮期双峰驼血清中氨氮含量为0.1091±0.0075mg/100mL,和正常饮水期相比无明显差异(p>0.05)。冬季禁饮、暴饮与正常饮水相比均无显著差异(p>0.05),而夏季禁饮与正常饮水有极显著的差异(P<0.01),暴饮与正常饮水却无明显的差异(p>0.05)。禁饮后第6天血清氨氮含量最高,为0.1791±0.0431mg/100mL,暴饮后12h最低,为0.1040±0.0315mg/100mL。

Abstract:Serum aminonitrogen was measured from six bactrian camel after normal drink-ing,dehydration and rehydration in winter and summer.The results showed that the aminoni-trogen raised significantly from 0.1077±0.0161 mg/100 mL after normal drinking to 0.1410±0.0280 mg/100 mL after dehydration(p<0.05).The aminonitrogen was 0.1091±0.0075mg/100 mL after rehydration and showed no statistical difference with that after normaldrinking (p<0.05).There were not any difference among the values after normal drinking,dehydration and rehydration in winter.However,significant difference existed between thevalue after dehydration amd rmal drinking,butnot between the value after rehydration andnormal drinking in summer.The maximum serum aminonitrogen appeared after dehydrationand the minimum after twelve hours after rehvdration.
