板栗对板栗红蜘蛛和桃蛀螟的抗性机制初探

摘    要:通过研究6个板栗品种叶片失绿指数、板栗红蜘蛛虫口密度、叶片形态特征和组织结构、桃蛀螟虫苞率、刺苞形态特征,发现不同板栗品种对板栗红蜘蛛和桃蛀螟的抗性存在差异,叶片上表皮厚度、下表皮绒毛密度、长度与抗螨相关性显著,叶片下表皮气孔密度、下表皮和海绵组织厚度与抗螨相关性较小;刺苞簇生率、刺苞体积与抗桃蛀螟相关性显著,刺苞底部厚度、苞柄长度、刺针的密度、长度与抗桃蛀螟相关性较小。
