摘    要:以不同抗旱性的辣椒(8093号、遵椒2号、89号)为试验材料,采用盆栽称重控水法,研究不同程度水分胁迫对辣椒幼苗生长和生理指标的影响。结果表明,随水分胁迫的加剧,3种辣椒的株高、茎粗、叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势;可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性呈上升趋势;3个材料相比,抗旱性强的品种(8093号)在重度水分胁迫下的茎粗与株高比值大,叶片相对含水量下降幅度小,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量增加幅度大,有利于减少水分胁迫的伤害。

Abstract:The effects of drought stress on the growth and physiological indexes of three petter genotypes( zunjiao2, 8093 and 89)were investigated using potted seedlings in the present work with different drought resistance in the present study. The results showed that the height, stem diameter and relative water content decreased with the deterioration of water status, conversely, the contents of soluble sugar, free proline and chlorophyll, and cell membrane permeability went up. Under severe drought stress, the high drought-resistant line demonstrated the highest ratio of height to stem diameter. Rather, its contents of relative water, soluble sugar, free proline and chlorophyll showed a positive tendency toward drougt stress among the tested linels.
