冷杉半帚霉的生物学特性

摘    要:为了解中国新纪录种冷杉半帚霉(Leptographium abietinum)与松材线虫的关系及其致病机理,研究了冷杉半帚霉的生物学特性.菌丝生长的最适条件:温度为25℃,半光照半黑暗培养,pH=5.9,碳源为蔗糖,氮源为硝酸钾.最适产孢条件:温度为25℃,全黑暗培养,pH=7.0,碳源为蔗糖,氮源为尿素.最适孢子萌发条件:温度为25℃,相对湿度为100%.

Abstract:A new Chinese record species(Leptographium abietinum) was isolated from Pinus massoniana which infected with pine wilt disease,in order to find out the relationship between L.abietinum and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and the nosogenesis of L.abietinum.The biological characteristics of L.abietinum were studied.The optimum conditions for mycelium growth were obtained as cultivation temperature 25 degrees C,light intensity 12-h light and 12-h dark,pH 5.9,C source sucrose,and N source niter.The optimal spore yie...
