香叶天竺葵花蜜腺形态结构及发育解剖学研究

摘    要:通过对香叶天竺葵花蜜腺的形态结构和发育过程进行研究,发现香叶天竺葵花有10个蜜腺,着生于花瓣内侧子房基部,两两上下排列并将花柱包围,每个蜜腺由分泌表皮、泌蜜组织和维管束组成。分泌表皮上分布有多个变态气孔器,蜜汁即由此变态气孔器排出,流向子房基部。蜜腺发育解剖学研究表明:花蕾期开始分泌花蜜,蜜腺组织内的淀粉粒是花蜜的主要成分,且从花蕾期到末花期均有蛋白质积累,蜜腺组织中的蛋白质含量在整个发育过程中基本保持不变。

Abstract:Through the investigation of morphological structure and developmental stage of floral nectar in Pelargonium graveolens L., a total of 10 nectaries, which forms 5 up and down pairs surrounding the style, had been found to be inserted at the base of ovary on the inner petals. Each nectary consisting of secretory epidermis, nectariferous tissue and vascular bundle. A number of modified stomatawere present on the secretory epidermis, the nectar was secreted by those modified stomata and flows to the ovary base. The study on floral nectary anatomical showed that nectar secretion began in budding phase, starch grains in nectar tissue were main ingredient of nectar, and protein accumulation occured from flower budding to flower withering, and protein contents in nectar tissues basically remained unchanged during the whole development of floral nectary.
