荔枝果皮中类黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究潮州产荔枝果皮中类黄酮的乙醇提取工艺。以乙醇为溶剂,以荔枝果皮为原料,以荔枝果皮中类黄酮质量分数为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验,考察乙醇质量分数、提取温度、固液比及提取时间对类黄酮质量分数的影响。最终确定乙醇质量分数60%、提取温度50℃、固液比1:20、提取时间2h为荔枝果皮中类黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。在此工艺条件下,荔枝果皮类黄酮1次提取质量分数约为7.68%。
